Rumor Control

A few days ago I discovered that the Institutes very own
Image Hosted by ImageShack.us Professor Charles Xavier was also keeping an on-line journal. Upon reading his entries I discovered some rather shocking tales.

It seems that the Professor has a penchant for exaggerating the details of some of his stories for greater impact. I find his blog entertaining, but I promise you the observations within are somewhat fictionalized. I mean, surely you wouldn’t expect someone of my fine form to be concerned about weight issues.
As Image Hosted by ImageShack.us Gaia stated in the blog comments, “…it’s all muscle…”.

As for my personal grooming, well some things are simply necessary I assure you.

Your fine and furry friend,
Henry McCoy

While I do admit that any post I write will be colored by own perception, you have to admit that your new Astonishing X-Men uniform does come equipped with a built in girdle. Coincidence?

Well, I hope there are no hard feelings Hank. I like your blog, it's very good. I've seen commercials for that "Dr. Who" but I did not really take interest in them. Maybe I shall take a look.
Oh, and would you mind if I swung by your lab sometime? I just so happen to have a project on "Cellular mitosis". I was going to ask Storm about it, because biology is her field, but she hasn't been in the greatest mood as of late.
Best Wishes,
Gaia:)

Beast I went through all of the Professors entries and cant believe they went as far as to change your mental state. That is a bet of an extreme.

I mean using their powers to change yours, Wolverines, and Nightcrawlers personalites to such an extreme is an abuse of power in my opinion. Of course then again Im not a mutant just a casual observer.

And if you had read all the Professor's entries, you would have seen that he said they were a menace to society. You can't have people like that, trying to save the world. Think: If Magneto called Beast fat (which he most certainly is not) in the middle of battle and he went to crying in a corner, we might be in a bit of trouble. Besides, all we changed was his self image, how he sees himself. Wolverine and Nightcrawler, that's a whole different story.

Maybe the Professor think he was exaggerating. Think about it!

In my own defense, I was merely trying to help Beast and the others be the best X-Men that they could be. I really only ever had their best interests at heart. And if my sanity was also preserved, all the better.
